How does onboarding work?
Migration from your current tool (Hostfully, Smoobu, Lodgify, Hostaway), Channel Manager + WhatsApp Cloud API setup, workflow configuration, 2h Zoom training. Allow 5-7 business days. Everything is remote — no on-site, which allows us to stay fast and accessible. Guarantee: if onboarding is not completed within 14 days, you are fully refunded.
Are WhatsApp costs included?
On Solo, the 3 essential transactional templates are included. On Orchestre and Symphonie, conversational AI is unlimited and included — WhatsApp Cloud API costs are covered within standard usage. The vast majority of Sojori conversations are free thanks to WhatsApp's 24h service window.
What's the difference between Web Direct Booking and WhatsApp Booking Direct?
Web Direct Booking (Orchestre+) is either a complete booking website or an embeddable widget on your existing site (like Stripe checkout). WhatsApp Booking Direct (Symphonie) allows prospects to book directly in the WhatsApp chat, without going through a website. For WhatsApp Direct payments: either Sojori collects with a 5% markup, or the PM collects directly and Sojori takes 0%. Both eliminate OTA commission — but via two different channels.
Can I change tiers during the year?
Yes. Upgrade anytime (prorated). Downgrade at the end of the billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
1 month free on any tier, no credit card required. The €300 onboarding is only charged upon signing, not during the trial.
